Prior to joining Downes Solicitors in 2013 David regularly acted in the defence of civil litigation for insurers and self insured organisations.
David’s practice is now more private client focused and is predominantly in the area of personal injury law. He has represented clients from throughout Ireland and in connection with a wide range of accident types including within the workplace and on the road.
David also acts for clients who require advice and representation in connection with employment law disputes.
